Online Training:

Can't visit our training center? That's ok because Athlet:k Spesif'k offers training programs and coaching for long distance coaching. As with our on-site training, the athlete will undergo an evaluation that will be used to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. With this knowledge, a training program will be designed that will be used to address your weaknesses and enhance your strengths. Our training programs and consultation can be as basic or advanced as you would like, ranging from customized program design to one-on-one coaching. Monthly rates start at $60

Movement Analysis:

Athlet'k Spesif:k can make you more mechanically efficient at climbing, which will in turn lead to increased performance and decreased likelihood of injury. Biomechanics is the study of human movement. In short, biomechanics is what most coaches and athletes refer to as technique. An Athlet'k Spesif:k biomechanical analysis or consultation involves the systematic observation and judgment of a given climbing movement with the purpose of providing the most appropriate intervention and advice for improved performance. Athlet'k Spesif:k offers three levels of movement analysis to meet the specific needs of every budget and circumstance.

1. Our Basic Movement Analysis is a climber friendly and less in-depth version of our qualitative motion analysis. Coaches and climbers who select this version do so because of its price, quicker turn-around time to completion, and the easily digested format of the report. Before the report is made, Athlet'k Spesif:k will contact you with guidelines on how to record your movement for the best possible analysis as well as how to transfer the video footage to us for analysis. The recording instructions and procedures for this analysis are less stringent than the other two motion analysis options. The report is delivered in the form of a video that is easy to follow. Analysis bundle discounts are available as follows:

* Purchase 1 analysis for $25
* Purchase 2-3 analysis for $22.50 each (10% off)
* Purchase 4-7 analysis for $20.00 each (15% off)
* Purchase 8+ analysis for $18.75 each (25% off)

2. Qualitative Movement Analysis

Our qualitative analysis is a detailed analysis of your movement using fundamental biomechanics principles and DARTFISH video technology with the aim of improving your movement efficiency. Before the report is made, Athlet'k Spesif:k will contact you with instructions on how to record your movement for the best possible analysis as well as how to transfer the video footage to us for analysis. Your report will be presented in a multi-media format that is easy to understand by climbers. The finished product will be mailed/emailed to you in CD, DVD, web report or paper format (depending on your preference).

3. Qualitative, Quantitative and Kinanthropometric Analysis

KINANTHROPOMETRY deals with the measuring a person in a variety of morphological (body shape) perspectives, its application to movement and those factors which influence movement, including: components of body build, body measurements, proportions, composition, shape and maturation; motor abilities and cardiorespiratory capacities. A Quantitative Analysis report contains quantifiable data (like campus board and system wall measurements, body angles, joint moments, etc) that can be used to assist in the technical development and modification.
